1. Standard SEO Payment Terms
For our standard SEO packages:
- 50% of the total package fee is required in advance before the SEO work begins.
- The remaining 50% payment is due at the end of the monthly service period.
- SEO work will officially begin once the advance payment has been received and confirmed.
- Monthly service periods are calculated according to the agreed start date and package duration.
2. Discounted Price Payment Terms
If a client receives a special discount, promotional price, or customized discounted SEO package, different payment terms may apply.
For discounted packages:
- 50% payment is required in advance before work begins.
- The remaining 50% payment is due after 15 days of work.
- The discounted payment schedule applies specifically to the agreed discounted price and cannot be changed without mutual agreement.
3. Refund Policy
Digital Servay aims to provide professional and transparent SEO services. Refund requests are handled according to the following conditions:
- Once SEO work has started, the advance payment is generally non-refundable, as resources, time, research, content, optimization, and other services may already have been allocated to the project.
- If a client has a genuine concern regarding the service, they should contact Digital Servay so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
- Any refund request will be evaluated based on the work completed, services delivered, and the specific circumstances of the project.
- If a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be determined by Digital Servay based on the applicable circumstances and completed work.
- Payments for completed services, delivered content, SEO work, backlinks, technical work, or other completed deliverables may not be refundable.
4. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of an SEO service by contacting Digital Servay.
If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, the client remains responsible for payment for services already completed or currently in progress, subject to the agreed package terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful SEO work, clients are expected to:
- Provide required website access and information when requested.
- Provide accurate business and website information.
- Cooperate with reasonable SEO recommendations.
- Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Inform Digital Servay promptly about any concerns regarding the service.
6. Payment Delays
Failure to make a payment by the agreed due date may result in:
- Temporary suspension of SEO work.
- Delay in content publishing or other deliverables.
- Suspension of ongoing optimization activities.
- Resumption of services after the outstanding payment has been cleared.
7. SEO Results Disclaimer
SEO is a long-term marketing process, and rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions can be affected by search-engine algorithm updates, competition, website changes, market conditions, and other factors.
Digital Servay provides SEO services based on professional strategies and best practices but does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue outcome.
8. Agreement & Acceptance
By purchasing an SEO package or making the initial payment, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted Digital Servay’s SEO Payment Terms & Refund Policy.
Any special payment arrangement or customized terms agreed upon in writing between Digital Servay and the client will take precedence over the standard terms stated on this page.
